A Game, Just like Tetris, but the shapes flow upwards from the bottom instead of downwards from the top. It should have smooth scrolling and very fast keyboard response, no delay like some windows apps have.

With this program, I would highlight any word in any other program, press Control - F5 or something like that, and it would instantly pop up a small window with a definition of that word.
