Personal Radar application on Win Mobile PDA/Phones

Description of the proposed application or feature:
A freeware developer (whose name escapes me right now) has published a real sonar application for PocketPC that also works on WinMobile. He also mentions a goal of doing the same thing BUT WITH RF SIGNALS
